Many of our members started as complete beginners. Our coaches modify every exercise to suit your current fitness level. You'll be surprised how quickly you progress!

Yes! Mindset Studio is exclusively for women. This creates a comfortable, supportive environment where you can focus on your fitness without feeling self-conscious.

Just comfortable workout clothes and trainers. No fancy gym wear needed – just come ready to move! Bring a water bottle and a towel.

We welcome women of all ages! Our members range from early 20s to 60+. All exercises can be modified to suit your abilities.

Classes & Training

We offer Group Training, Boxing Fitness, and our 90-Day Transformation program. Each class combines strength, cardio, and conditioning for maximum results.

Most classes are 45-60 minutes long. This includes warm-up, the main workout, and cool-down stretches.

We recommend 2-4 classes per week for optimal results, but this depends on your goals and current fitness level. We can advise on the best schedule for you.

Yes, we recommend booking in advance as classes can fill up quickly. Contact Carrie via WhatsApp or use our booking system.

Membership & Trials

Unlimited access to all group classes for 7 days, a welcome consultation, and access to our booking system. No card required and no obligation to continue.

We offer flexible membership options to suit different needs and budgets. After your trial, we'll discuss which option works best for you.

Yes, we offer flexible memberships with reasonable notice periods. We're confident you'll love it here, but we understand life can change!
